I feel that people who suffer from paranoia, are more suffering from continuous unanswered questions and fathomable concepts. Whether these questions be something they can answer or not is something that could drive these people to insanity. Forever in a circle of question then no answer, only deepening. A wormhole per say where the only end is beginning. As for fathomable concepts, or a series of events that are completely possible however unlikely, are sometimes hard to deliberate through. An average person, even though there is no such thing, may think that it's possible for them to crash in their car at this very moment; but then shrug off the idea with a slight chuckle of disbelief. Unlike those who sink into paranoia, they see this as unfathomable, but people with paranoia see it as completely and fearfully possible. The unlikeliness of the situation does not cross the mind with a single swipe. So, they pull over and breathe. Inhales and exhales with the release of festering anxiety.
But sometimes it's too much for inhales and exhales and you are driven mad by the surrounding of your demons.
